Delivery Delays: 

In the rarest cases, there is the possibility that delivery delays may occur for international shipments of our shipping partner. This means that a waiting period will be charged for the specified rule duration.

If this case occurs with you, we are naturally always actively to the side, so that the package arrives as soon as possible with you. The contact details can be found in our imprint.

DHL Express Shipping Germany

Within Germany, you can choose "DHL Express" as the shipping method. This service is only available from Monday to Friday. For express deliveries, the goods will be delivered the following day (Mon - Fri), if the order is received by 2 pm. (As a payment method, only prepayment is possible, which must also be received on the same day by 2 pm.)

Please note: At peak times, particularly around public holidays (especially in the run-up to Christmas), these conditions can become even stricter. The order must then usually be received earlier in order to be accepted by the shipping company as an express delivery. More information on this can be found in further notes in our online shop and other communication channels.

DHL Express Shipping Saturday delivery Germany

Within Germany, you can choose "DHL Express Saturday delivery" as the shipping method. This service is only available on Fridays. For express delivery on Saturday, the goods will be delivered the following day (Saturday), provided the order is received by 2 pm on Fridays. (As a payment method, only prepayment is possible, which must also be received on Fridays to 2 pm.)

Delivery Tines

Deliveries in Germany (Germany) are made within 1 - 3 days, as far as no other delivery time was specified for the respective article. Foreign deliveries will be delivered within 3 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract after the time of receipt of payment.
Note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time.

For self-pickup, the goods are ready for collection one hour after receipt of the order. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
