This technical feature helps to create fuller liner and outliner effects from which you can transition into beautiful shades, e.g. when creating lip contours. It is the perfect needle if you want to create a bold outer lip line with a softer effect on the inside, as well as a defined eyeliner with a blurred eyeshadow effect.
